Managing Director & Founder, Josette Moffatt

Josette Moffatt is a senior organisational transformation and HR leader with 20+ years of experience helping public and private sector organisations align their people, processes, and structures with strategy. 


Josette specialises in workforce strategy, operating model and organisation design, and program and change leadership, delivering solutions that drive performance, engagement, and growth.


Josette holds a Master’s in Organisation Strategy and Analysis (University of Sydney, with honours) and a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. She is certified in Post-Merger Integration (IMMA), Operating Model Standards, and Change Management (Prosci).


Known for her strategic insight, calm authority, and results-focused approach, Josette partners with organisations of all sizes—from startups scaling sustainably to established businesses navigating complex transformations—to strengthen their internal capabilities, optimise performance, and unlock full organisational potential.

Jordan Vassallo - I specialise in  Service Experience & Design, Operations Management, Project and Event Management, Research & Data Analytics, Workshop Design & Facilitation, Stakeholder Engagement and Training. I am passionate about delivering measurable improvements in service culture, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
