Josette is a dynamic  leader with over 20 years of experience shaping organisations across the public and private sectors, aligning their organisational ecosystem — comprising people, processes, policies, and structures — with strategy.

 With deep expertise in workforce strategy, operating models, organisational design, program and change leadership, and end-to-end workforce solutions, Jose leads teams to deliver solutions of various scales across industries.

Josette holds a Master’s in Organisation Strategy and Analysis from the University of Sydney, graduating with honours and academic excellence (BGS). A Bachelor's in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, and is certified in both Post-Merger Integration (IMMA) and Change Management (ProSci).

Known for her strategic acumen, calm authority, and ability to deliver real results, Josette brings both empathy and precision to the table. Whether helping startups scale sustainably or guiding established organisations through transformation, her mission is clear: to strengthen businesses from the inside out and unlock their full potential.
