Case study - People and Culture Strategy

Problem our client faced: As a result of an acquisition, our client wanted to uplift performance, unify culture and people practices to enhance performance and engagement


Solution: We were engaged to review the current organisational culture and develop a set of compelling values aligned to the company's mission. We undertook a listening tour, developed and conducted a focus group, and leveraged the Human Synergistics Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI) to diagnose the current state. 

 In partnership with the culture change network, we designed future values, a compelling employer/ee value proposition, set of expected behaviours and a 3 years culture strategy to enable the delivery of future state aspirations.


Outcome: Improved employment engagement scores highlighted the impact of aligned values and behaviours, combined with a improvement in retention for the delivery of future state.
