Following its transition to a fully independent, NRI-backed organisation and the merger and integration of FIIG, AUSIEX faced the critical task of establishing a distinct employer identity and people culture to attract and retain talent in a competitive fintech market.
The organisation needed to move beyond legacy HR practices inherited from its previous structure and build genuine career pathways and cultural clarity suited to its next phase of growth.
Talent Ecology conducted an enterprise-wide people and culture diagnostic — undertaking a deep listening tour across Australia, mapping the current employee experience, identifying gaps and surfacing cultural themes through leadership interviews and team engagement. And co-designed career initiatives for career growth and retention.
A refreshed culture strategy and career initiatives developed with input from people across the business — that gave AUSIEX a genuine identity as an employer, not just a platform. The engagement demonstrates Talent Ecology’s ability to work from strategy through to execution — combining culture and leadership support, to help organisations embed sustainable change.

As Just Reinvest NSW moved into a new phase of independence, the organisation needed an operating model that could support growth, clarify leadership and team accountabilities, and strengthen the people and culture foundations required for long-term impact. The challenge was to design the organisation for its next stage while ensuring the transition could be executed in practice.
Talent Ecology partnered directly with JRNSW leadership to co-design a fit-for-purpose operating model aligned to strategy, impact and community-led ways of working.
We established core functions, team structures, roles and accountabilities, while also supporting leadership through coaching and change. From there, we helped translate the design into action through recruitment support and the development of performance, remuneration and reward frameworks.
JRNSW emerged with stronger organisational foundations, clearer role and leadership alignment, and practical people systems to support implementation. The engagement demonstrates Talent Ecology’s ability to work from strategy through to execution — combining operating model design, culture and leadership support, and workforce frameworks to help organisations embed sustainable change.

As Ocius scaled its operations in a high-growth, technically complex environment, the business needed an organisational design restructure that could support clearer accountabilities, stronger performance, and disciplined decision-making. The challenge was to realign structure, roles and workforce settings while also establishing fit-for-purpose performance, remuneration and transformation governance frameworks to enable sustainable growth.
Talent Ecology partnered with Ocius leadership to reshape the organisation for its next phase of growth. We supported the redesign of functions, team structures, roles and reporting lines to improve organisational effectiveness and role clarity. Alongside the restructure, we helped develop contemporary performance and remuneration frameworks and established transformation governance settings to support oversight, alignment and execution throughout the change process.
Ocius emerged with a stronger organisational foundation to support scale, clearer workforce architecture, and practical frameworks to drive performance and reward with greater consistency. The engagement also strengthened transformation governance, giving leadership the structure and visibility needed to implement change with confidence.
This spotlight reflects Talent Ecology’s ability to combine organisation design, people frameworks and transformation discipline to help growing businesses translate ambition into execution.
